Terms of service

1. Acceptance

SentrisMG Suite (the "app") is the production and publishing system available at erp.sentrismg.com, built and operated by Sentris SLU, a company of the Principality of Andorra that trades as Sentris Media Group ("we", "us"). By signing in to the app or connecting a YouTube channel to it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (www.youtube.com/t/terms). How Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. How the app handles YouTube data, including how to disconnect a channel and how to have its data deleted, is described in our privacy policy.

3. Who may use the app

Access is by invitation only. Accounts are created for our production team and contractors and for partner creators we invite; the app is not offered to the public. Your account is personal: keep your credentials confidential and do not let anyone else use them. Connect a YouTube channel only if you own it or are authorized by its owner to do so.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the app, or any data or content in it, to:

• create, upload, publish or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery (including AI-generated imagery), sexually explicit content, or any sexualized depiction of a real person;
• publish content that is unlawful, infringes anyone's rights, or breaks the YouTube Terms of Service or YouTube's Community Guidelines;
• harass, defame, threaten or impersonate anyone;
• access accounts, workspaces, channels or data you are not authorized to, or share data outside the workspace it belongs to;
• interfere with the security or operation of the app.

We may remove content and suspend or close any account that breaks these rules. To report content you believe breaks them, email contact@sentrismg.com; we review reports promptly.

5. Your channels and content

You keep every right you have in your channels and content. You allow us to process them only to provide the app's features to your workspace, as described in our privacy policy. The app makes changes on a connected channel when a team member asks it to, and on its own only to: keep the channel's About description translated into the languages the channel has chosen, and set the channel's default language when those translations need one; post the channel's own prepared comment once a video is public; and create one YouTube Analytics reporting job on the channel. You can disconnect a channel at any time from its settings page.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account at any time, for example when a collaboration ends or these terms are broken. When an account is closed, the right to use the app ends immediately. You may stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in our privacy policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Sentris SLU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

8. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. When they change, we publish the new version at this address with a new effective date. Questions about these terms: contact@sentrismg.com.
