Terms of Service

1 · Acceptance

This application is the internal production system ("ERP") of Sentris SLU, an Andorran company operating publicly as Sentris Media Group. By signing in and using it you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2 · Who may use it

The application is an internal company tool. Accounts are created only for the company owner and authorized team members and collaborators of Sentris Media Group. It is not offered to the public, and access may not be shared, sublicensed or transferred. Credentials are personal: keep them confidential and do not let anyone else use your account.

3 · Acceptable use

Use the application only for company work. In particular, you must not:

• Access, extract or share company or channel data outside the company.
• Attempt to access accounts, workspaces or data you are not authorized for.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the application.

4 · YouTube API Services

The application uses YouTube API Services to work with the YouTube channels owned and operated by Sentris Media Group. By using the application you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. How this application handles YouTube data, including revocation and deletion, is described in our Privacy Policy.

5 · Content and ownership

All data, content and materials in the application, including production records, video assets and analytics, are the property of Sentris SLU or its licensors. These terms grant no rights to any of it beyond what your role in the company requires.

6 · Suspension and termination

Sentris SLU may suspend or remove any account at any time, for example when a collaboration ends or these terms are breached. Upon termination your right to use the application ends immediately.

7 · Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" for internal company use, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sentris SLU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

8 · Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Questions about these terms: contact@sentrismg.com.

If these terms change, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
